RAINY DAY AFFOGATO
Affogato instantly ups your coffee game Italian style. Steaming hot espresso poured over ice cold gealto – that’s it technically. But for those us who aren’t purists, a dab of whipped cream is always a welcomed addition.
- 1–2 shots of hot espresso
- 1 scoop of SIMPLE VANILLA GELATO
- Whipped cream (optional)
Put the gelato into a heat proof glass. Pour espresso on top. If you feel the urge, top with whipped cream. Eat. Drink. Enjoy slowly.
